PART I: DIGITAL PRIVACY POLICY
How we collect, process, and secure your data
This Privacy Policy defines how UAVA Tech Private Limited ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") collects, processes, secures, and handles digital information when users, fleet operators, or Charge Point Operators (CPOs) interact with the SOLOev™ software platform, application modules, and web endpoints. We are strictly committed to complying with the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and standard data privacy principles.
1. Information We Collect
To execute our unified e-Mobility Service Provider (eMSP) roaming integrations, we collect:
Identity Data
Full legal name, corporate entity data, telephone numbers, and email addresses.
Geospatial Telemetry
Real-time GPS coordinates of the vehicle to optimize charging route algorithms and display proximal compatible EVSE nodes.
Session & Transaction Data
Charge Detail Records (CDRs), energy consumption metrics (kWh delivered), session durations, unique EVSE identifiers, and transactional values.
Vehicle Diagnostics (B2B Sync)
Vehicle State-of-Charge (SoC) depletion metrics consumed via connected fleet telematics APIs to calculate predictive range joint-modelling.
2. Core Data Processing & The "Swiss" Architecture Moat
Cryptographic Statelessness
SOLOev does not replicate, mirror, or permanently store static user database credentials or proprietary passwords belonging to third-party CPO networks.
Token Isolation
Our core layer operates as a transient abstraction layer over standard OCPI v2.2.1 protocol environments. Our patent-filed Token Rotation Engine generates a unique, per-session rotating UUID v4 token for every single physical charging handshake.
SECURITY GUARANTEE
Once the transaction completes and the CDR is cleared, the cryptographic token session is permanently dissolved, preventing mass cross-network security breaches.
3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Clearings
We do not sell, rent, or trade user data to data brokers or external marketing agencies.
Data sharing is limited to:
Integrated CPO Handshakes
Transferring essential session-initiation tokens to partner Charge Point Operators (e.g., Statiq, Zeon, Numocity networks) to authorize the physical electricity flow through the terminal.
Automated Clearinghouses (ACH)
Sharing transaction totals with verified, RBI-regulated payment aggregators to settle T+2 business day corporate payouts directly to the CPO's bank ledgers.
PART II: TERMS OF SERVICE
User Agreement & Legal Obligations
1. Legal Standing & Acceptable Use
By accessing www.SOLOev.in or utilizing the SOLOev software applications, you agree to enter a legally binding contract with UAVA Tech Private Limited.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Users must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Hold valid legal registration to operate an electric vehicle or commercial logistics fleet within the Republic of India
2. Commercial Transactions & Billing Mechanics
Single Merchant of Record
SOLOev acts as the unified billing gateway for multi-network charging.
Billing Structure: The user is billed according to the baseline tariff structure explicitly set by the individual CPO, appended with a flat ₹20 consumer convenience fee per successful charging session for unified wallet consolidation.
Asynchronous Disconnects
While SOLOev continuously updates live network telemetry data streams via OCPI, we do not own the physical charging machinery or grid transformers.
Liability Disclaimer: The Company assumes zero corporate liability for physical hardware malfunctions, broken charging cords, voltage fluctuations, or hardware offline status at a CPO's physical station location.
3. Intellectual Property Preservation
All proprietary code, front-end visual designs, the symmetrical continuous-loop branding graphics, and underlying software logic remain the exclusive property of UAVA Tech Private Limited.
Patent Protection: The methodology of protocol translation, cross-network billing aggregation, and token rotation is strictly protected under active Indian Provisional Patent filings with the Indian Patent Office (IPO).
Prohibited Actions: Any attempt to reverse engineer, scrape API data endpoints, or clone the software layer will result in immediate termination of access and aggressive legal enforcement.
4. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
This agreement shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes, arbitration, or claims arising out of the performance of the SOLOev platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
